For an hour on Sunday afternoon, starting at 2.30pm, she will play the 24 Preludes and Fugues from Book One of the Well-Tempered Klavier. This will be the first leg of her Wiltshire stop; her aim is to perform all 48 pieces in 48 performances in the 48 counties of England. She is raising funds for musical charities; Help Musicians, Live Music Now, Future Talent and Youth Music.
Tickets for the Oxford Bach Soloists on 2nd October are £20/15/10 as usual, and £10 for Libby Burgess on Sunday. There will be a 10% discount if you buy a combined ticket for both concerts and Edington Angels will have their 10% discount on top. 18 and under are free.
