A new childrens’ tractor has been installed in the playfield in Edington. It was funded by several individual donations as well as contributions from Edington Fair, the May Ball and the proceeds from the quiz evenings held in the “Three Daggers”. George Fraser, Chairman of Edington Parish Council, said the the Council welcomed this wonderful addition to the facilities available to the smaller children in the village and wished to thank everyone for their efforts in bringing the project to fruition.
