A big thank you to everyone that turned out for the litter pick. The village looks much cleaner thanks to your efforts.  If anybody would like to take on a stretch of road and keep it litter free we would love to hear from you.

Best Kept Village . The judging of this takes place during May and early June. Please continue to keep the village tidy.

Dogs. With spring now well under way, livestock are returning to our fields please keep dogs under control near them and please pick up after your dog  not only around the village but also in fields as dog’ s faeces can spread disease to farm animals. We have increased the bins around the village to help you with this.

The Development plan is now completed and can be viewed on the village website.

Footpath booklet. A revised version of the footpaths of Edington is now available to purchase  from the post office, church and farm shop.

The Council have received a grant and have now purchased a projector for use in the Parish Hall.
