BOOKING OPENS FOR THE ADVENT CONCERT
General booking for Edington Arts’ very popular Advent Concert opens on October 14th, online through their website at www.edingtonarts.org or by phone from Chrissy on 01380 831256. Angels’ priority booking, which benefits from a 10% discount on the ticket price, will begin on October 7th.
The concert is on Saturday December 6th, at 7.30pm in Edington Priory Church, and will be given by the excellent chapel choir of the Queen’s College, Oxford. Over the past few years this mixed voice choir of between 25 and 30 singers has developed into one of the most active and highly regarded university choirs in the country, a “jewel in the British Choral scene”, according to BBC Music Magazine.
Information on the programme will be uploaded onto the website as soon as it becomes available, but in the meantime, book your seats early to avoid disappointment!
