Invite you to a talk when Jonathan Bailey will talk about the short but dramati c life of the ‘MONK Circuit’ of Special Operati ons Executi ve (SOE), in Marseille 1943-44. He will focus on the story of a family member, Eliane Plewman (Gaby), her betrayal and death, and unresolved mysteries.
It is a tale of acti on, betrayal, horrors at the hands of the Gestapo, and a further monstrous betrayal which has never been adequately explained.
