How to book Edington Parish Hall

Regular Users
The Regular Users Booking Form, together with the Regular Users Calendar Form is to be used if you wish to book regular or repeating classes or events e.g. you want to book a weekly or monthly meeting. These forms to be completed annually.
If a Regular User wishes to book the Parish Hall for a Special Event e.g. a Christmas Party, Social or Fund-Raising Event in addition to their regular booking then they must complete the Private Hirers- Special Events form.

One off/ Private Bookings
If you wish to make a one-off booking e.g. for a party, meeting or fund-raising event please use the Private Hirers – Special Events Booking Form.

All bookings MUST include set up and clearing up time. If you wish to set up the day before and/or clear up the day after the event, then please let the booking clerk know at the time of booking and note that an additional charge will be made.

The basic hire of the hall includes heating, lighting, use of the hall tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and use of the kitchen to make tea and coffee. It does not include use of the cooker and associated items, urn/ water boiler, coffee maker and tablecloths; there is an additional service charge when these are required.

All users / hirers of Edington Parish Hall are required to agree to comply with the Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy.

Please download and complete the appropriate booking form and the Safeguarding Policy declaration form and return them to the Booking Clerk. Our Conditions of Hire and the Safeguarding Policy should be read before the booking is made.
